Who Am I

Professional profile, background, and industry recognitions.

I specialize in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting advanced enterprise networking solutions tailored to modern IT infrastructures. My expertise spans enterprise network architecture, wireless solutions, power and PoE budgeting, server-side automation, as well as hardware and software design.

With hands-on experience across both hardware and software, I enjoy solving complex technical challenges from the physical layer through to system and application levels. I focus on optimizing network performance, reliability, and scalability while designing integrated solutions that align with business and operational requirements.

I’m particularly interested in modern networking technologies, infrastructure automation, hardware and software engineering, and building efficient, secure, and resilient IT environments. I enjoy turning technical requirements into practical, well-engineered solutions that are reliable in real-world deployments.

I began working with Radio Frequency (RF) and GPS tracking systems in 1999, building a strong foundation in wireless communications, positioning systems, telemetry, and remote hardware integration.

Over the years, I have expanded my expertise into designing, deploying, and troubleshooting advanced enterprise networking solutions, including wireless architectures, power budgeting, and server-side automation tools. My experience spans both hardware and software, allowing me to approach IT infrastructure challenges from an end-to-end perspective.

I’m passionate about building reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support modern business and operational requirements.

Started working with Bluetooth wireless technology in 2000, gaining extensive experience in short-range wireless connectivity, wireless peripherals, and Bluetooth protocol implementations. Designed and built a Bluetooth headset test system for Ericsson to support testing, validation, and verification of Bluetooth headset functionality and protocol behavior.

Actively engaged in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design from 2001 to 2005, with hands-on experience in hardware schematic development, component placement and routing, and physical PCB development for specialized electronic systems. One of the notable projects was the Sony Ericsson Gameboard, where I contributed to the hardware schematic and PCB design activities involved in developing the board.

Began working with Wi-Fi wireless networking technologies, wireless access solutions, and PtP/PtMP (Point-to-Point / Point-to-Multipoint) bridging starting in 2003, developing foundational and advanced experience in wireless network standards, long-range outdoor links, deployment, and signal optimization.

Began focusing on comprehensive system integration, server environments, backup solutions, virtualization, software protocols, and custom programming starting in 2006, uniting diverse hardware, communication standards, and robust server-side workflows into cohesive, streamlined operations.

Awarded as a Technical Specialist in September 2021, recognizing advanced capabilities and contributions in application design and deployment.

I was awarded as Omada Expert of the Year 2026, following my recognition as a Malaysia Advance Omada Expert on 3 July 2025.

These recognitions represent a meaningful milestone in my professional journey and reflect my continued commitment to developing expertise in networking, technology, and the TP-Link Omada ecosystem.
